So Christmas was a hit this year, it was so fun to watch Carson open presents and love everything he got. It was even more fun though to have such a giving thoughtful little guys. We always look out the window and wave to the garbage man when he comes and last week we got on the couch and looked for him but he wasn't there, I figured he must only come every other friday so I told Carson "the garbage man is not here today, he will be here next friday on Christmas." I told him we could watch for him then and bring him a cookie. I totally figured he would forget and we would be so busy with the presents and the baking and stuff that it wouldn't be a big deal. well friday morning I was baking bread and carson was at the table eating his cereal and he said fifteen times "garbage, garbage, garbage." I then said "no Carson I don't think he is here today finish your cereal." He said garbage about fifteen more times and I figured he wouldn't stop until I opened the blinds and looked out the window so I did, sure enough the garbage man was standing right at our trash can. I looked at carson and said "your right he is here" Carson shouted at the top of his lungs COOKIE. I put his coat on him as fast as I could and he ran to the kitchen to get the ginger bread cookie he had made the day before at my moms house and he ran to the front door. The garbage man was so happy to get the cookie from Carson and you could see the light in Carson's eye when he gave it to him. I am so thankful for his example to our family. We had a great time christmas, we kept it simple with three gifts for Carson and my dad made a great breakfast for everyone. Best of all we all got to talk to BRENT and that was so great he is doing so well and loves it in Spain.
